Yeah the same when I went to one of the Hollywood Bowl concerts in 2019. He was only listed as a host but conducted almost half of the concert.

Whatever he does at this age is impressive and I am grateful of what John gave us in the last 10 years.

On 8 December 11.00 am, instead of John should have had his second gig with the Wiener Philharmoniker, there will be now an interesting film music concert in the Musikverein. Not with the Wiener Philharmoniker but the Imperial Philharmonic. The concert programme is interesting though: https://www.musikverein.at/konzert/?id=0006a650

One thing for sure is that the Imperial March will be the last encore

I paid €59 for the Thursday concert and €70 for Friday. But there were cheaper tickets from €30/35 and more expensive tickets till €150. I don’t remember exactly. 😅

I will definitely be there. Unbelievable that he is doing this at his age. But he lives for music and it keeps him healthy🙏🏻. And I am looking forward to meet up with other JWFan members again😊
