i'm more talking about the characters he's played and his movies (although only three) not so much the person himself. i know well enough of his odd (to say the least) escapades, rudeness to people, and urinating in public. I first saw his movie "Rebel without a Cause" a couple of months ago, and needless to say i was amazed by it. not long after, i saw "East of Eden" and "Giant" and was continued to be amazed by his explosive on screen performance, and his wide range of acting ability. any thougts?

STAR WARS (films) question
08 August 2002 - 02:23 AM
I don't know if this has ever been answered or discussed before, but why did Lucas choose to start making the Star Wars films at Episode IV? Why didn't he just make the films in order? I don't quite got why he decided to do the movies in this order.

Saving Private Ryan (Film): your impressions
02 August 2002 - 03:09 AM
I have not seen the film Saving Private Ryan. When it came out, i was too young for the content of the film (strong war scenes), and my mom wouldn't let me see it. I just want to know what everyone thinks of it before i see it (that is if my mom let's me  ) , and if it's worth seeing, (and how gory it gets).

Favorite Movie Scene
01 August 2002 - 08:13 PM
Yeah, this topic probably has been beaten to death, but i'm just interested in knowing what are some of your favorite movies scenes that you have ever seen. They don't have to be scenes from Jw scored films, but from any movie in the history of movies. I have to say that one of my favorite movie scenes of all time is the scene in "Big" where the characters Mr. MacMillan and Josh are playing the large piano with their feet in Fao Schwartzs.

INDY-Pendence Day on AMC
03 July 2002 - 05:08 AM
Just a reminder to any who are interested that there will be a marathon of "Raiders of the Lost Ark" and "Temple of Doom" on July 4 on AMC starting at 11:30am. And the name of the marathon really is "INDY-pendence Day" by the way.
