Topics I've Started

I have been ripped by an online CD-dealer!

....now what should I do?!?!

I bought some out-of-print CDs from www.monstersinmotion.com
and because I was suspicious of the rather low prices for those hard-to-come-by CDs I asked them if they were selling CD-Rs or the real stuff.
The answer was that they only sell genuine CDs no CD-Rs.
I got my CDs and they were all CD-Rs.
Including home-printed covers (those were even incomplete) and fake printing on the CDs. They were obviously trying to make them look genuine, but even my girlfriend who's not into CD collecting saw it at the first sight that it was all homemade by them.

I e-mailed them saying that I wanted original stuff no CD-Rs, and that I think it's illegal to sell CD-Rs of out-of-print CDs.
So they offered me to send them back and get back the money minus a dubious "restocking fee".

I think that's rediculous! Why should I get back less than I paid, when it was their fault all the way!!!??  :)

Anyone here who can suggest any help?

I'm thinking about filing mailfraud.

Anyone else....Do not buy from monstersinmotion if you want genuine stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
