  1. The Incredibles...
  2. The BIG Country. Jerome Moross. Period.
  3. IF I recall correctly, only a 30 second fanfare is unreleased from SpaceCamp.
  4. I am furious about Santaolalla's win, I think 2005 was Williams' best year for more than 10 years. This makes me wonder, which case is "worse"? Santaolalla's Oscar or Dudley's for "The Full Monty"? My vote would have to go for Brokeback Mountain...
  5. It's funny cause my Reivers CD has exactly the same sticker saying "John Barry's legendary score" and I had bought the CD from Greece right after its release. I also have the MFM release, the cover painting by Peak is great (though not as great as The Cowboys) and the 19 minute Reivers Suite from Music from Stage and Screen is a mini masterpiece. I love this suite and I love this score!
  6. 1) Revenge of the Sith 2) Memoirs of a Geisha 3) Munich 4) War of the Worlds
  7. Just go to the film's official site http://www.munichmovie.com/ Don't forget to click each of the links at the bottom of the page :spiny:
  8. Hi all, I just watched one of the worst movies I've ever seen, Les Daltons (English title: The Daltons). Anyway about 43:30 into the movie a piece of music starts to play that is almost identical to Hook's March!! Has anyone else noticed this? (I mean from those of you who actually managed to continue watching after 10-15 minutes ) Dimitris
  9. Basil Poledouris is a son of Greek immigrants born in the United States and judging from his Tradition of the Games piece he is just the man for the job! As for if it has to be a Greek composer I don't know but I'm not sure if it's a rule. (Vangelis composed the World Cup Theme for Korea and Japan). But I am 100% sure that Yianni wasn't even considered. Vangelis would have been a fine but cliche choice. Anyway we have plenty of good composers around here so don't worry...
