Dear Basketball, Kobe Bryant’s animated short film directed by Disney animator Glen Keane and scored by John Williams, premiered on April 23 at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Recording sessions for the score took place last month at Sony Scoring Stage, where Williams conducted the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra with cellist Armen Ksajikian, violinist Serena McKinney and members of the Long Beach Symphony.
