Anyone capable of writing complex orchestral scores is certainly able to come up with titles for a major soundtrack release. He did for The Post! 
 
And I can't imagine someone as attentive to detail and polish as Williams would ever surrender control in such a way. 
 
The track list has yet to be revealed, as far as I'm concerned...

I'm not your girl, and she is not me, ok? Every person is very individual and unique, so you please don't speak like a 9-year-old. And yes we are so happy that John Williams, this legend, and Titan is presenting something new. At this age, he still works and makes magical music. I'm going crazy about John Williams, I'm kinda obsessed with this man's music. So be patient as much as you want, get out of here, and go to tell a good night story to your girl.

We've seen trailers, TV spots, featurettes, etc. of the movie by now, but have not heard A SINGLE NOTE from the score...

Based on an old -debunked?- tracklisting, but with some changes (Empress instead of Scavenger in one title for example).
