I hear very little similarity in that particular comparison. I don't think Williams copies anyone.

Mugglenet, Veritaserum, both have higher quality versions of that trailer... Still not the best but yeah .

He needs other relatively lightheardted fantasy or semi-fantasy movies to score. But ya, now I'm more sure.. PS is the winner. Masterpiece.

That footage on Veritaserum and Mugglenet is actually ALMOST exactly what the trailer, due to come out on Friday, will be like. Not that great of a trailer besides of all the stuff it shows - I like that.

I think the DE look great! But... those 'hats'... Idk... they look HARD like a freakishly over-wraught mask from like a masked-ball or something. Or something from a wanna be horror movie from the 60s. Idk.

Jaws, Star Wars, CEotTK, Hook, Harry Potter 1 and 3, Terminal, Home Alone, E.T., Superman, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park.

I don't know many scores. But a few exceptional scores that haven't been mentioned and that I think are masterpieces for their own reasons are... Homeward Bound 1 and 2. Addams Family Values. Twister. Rescuers Down Under.

HA! Everyone at Leaky Cauldron is like "AWESOME MUSIC" and a comment or two of "FINALLY they ditched John Williams' orchestral music for someone whose music will actually BLEND into the magical world". I chuckled. Jajaja.

This movie looks cool. *looks*. Wow. Looks like lots of fun action.

How much are the tickets?

I don't think the Spider is gonna be in the movie. Point taken, though.
