  1. Well this won't help money-wise for the movie studio. Oh well. Who cares about the rating. Except overly-protective weeny little soccer moms with weeny little kids who can't handle the word DAMN TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE
  2. Moody's too fat. But that's ok. He looks great.
  3. Oh. My. Goodness gracious. Go to leakycauldron.org. There are quite a few new GoF pics. WOW.
  4. Oh. Pretty cool! That must explain the dreary outside of all the tents. As if to not attract too much attention. Idk.
  5. I will just say that... Anyone who hears that "multitude" of re-hash "carbon-copy" music in the Harry Potter scores is full of it. 8O I just listen to the scores cause I like them and don't try to pin Williams for ACCIDENTLY (most likely) putting 2 notes together that were also used in a HOOK TRACK!!! NOOO!!! Honestly, I can only hear one carbon copy thing in CoS... And that's that thingy in the Quidditch match. And I can hear a little bit of Star of Bethlehem in the Dobby Theme. Some of you guys are almost TRYING to catch Williams re-using material. :?
  6. You can find all the songs on music downloading programs... I use the free ones, of course... I rarely pay for any CD other than John Williams. Go to download.com and just like type in "music download" and you'll probably get a few programs.
  7. Legends of the Fall has it's perdy moments. It's good.
  8. Never, ever payed for a song I downloaded. Or short movie. I'll buy John Williams soundtracks... But I just download various songs from other albums... So I just don't pay.
  9. I hum when people are around... Whistle loudly when they aren't...
  10. I'm just curious... Has anyone bought the score yet? And if so... what's it like? Is it worth buying? I have a good gut feeling I'll really like this score... Thanks a bunch.
  11. It IS a very good movie... I didn't like the score at all... I could hardly hear any music besides that annoying 2 note motif that played every 15 seconds during the action sequences. But yes... Good movie
  12. I liked this movie a lot! It was a bit of a thriller yet it was just... a soft thriller. You really felt what the people on screen felt. That was nice. And I LOVED that two note horn motif that the tripods made - NICE connection to the 5 note theme the spaceships in Close Encounters... A lot of people made that connection it seemed like - that I talked to. I'm gonna see it again when it comes to my hometown. Lookin forward to it!
  13. I forced my dad into going to Star Wars with me last night... He always said it looked "too far out there" and kinda dumb. Well, he gave it a shot simply because he gave Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter a shot and liked them a lot. Well he hated RotS... ... So we got up and left 30 minutes into it and walked down to Bewitched. We BOTH hated that.
  14. You know... As often as the Harry Potter scores and Hook are mentioned, I think that shows how much we like them, how memorable they are, and how the score as a whole is very good. I think memorable and listenable make a good score. Which those mentioned above are.
  15. An average of 5-30 minutes a day... But only about half is John Williams... The rest is just various artists/songs. And really, most days, I don't even listen to music.
  16. I still haven't got it.................................................................
  17. I hope this score (Geisha) is as thematically rich as Terminal (and by that I mean having a main theme or two or more and using them well throughout the score... without lots of filler music)... If not more so... But more perdy. I'm expecting GREAT things... Like a hit in the Williams department... I can feel it.
  18. Well, OotP is, so far, the most "unreadable" of the series so far for younger kids simply because it's hard to follow... There will be 50-100 pages of NOTHING it seems like. You'll forget about what the whole point of those pages were... Or something like that. Anyway, I think HP books are acceptable for all ages, really... The kids who read them know what to expect.
  19. I consider HP books to be for whoever enjoys them. Cause I know tons of adults who like the books as well as so many people my age. So yeah.
