  1. Thank you, considering we pushed this through in only 30 minutes of session time I'm indeed very happy with the result!
  2. Thank you very much! Much appreciated!
  3. Thank you very much for your kind words! It was indeed just a piece "for fun". I was doing some other work for the orchestra and got paid in "recording session time". So I figured it might be a good thing to just record something that I can use as a demo piece as well as just have some fun with this Yes, you can have a look at my Spotify profile but more of my work is on Soundcloud: Thanks again! Robin
  4. Thank you very much for your kind words! I really appreciate that! Yes, you can stream it or buy it on any major platform: https://song.link/kmvjmkgdbr4wh
  5. Hi everybody! Before everything went into lockdown mode, I had the pleasure to record this 80s/90s adventure score inspired piece of mine which I'd like to share with you guys. Hope you like it!
  6. If you want to watch the entire 14 mins movie, it has been released:
  7. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!
  8. Hi everybody, I recently had the chance to write the score for a short film called HERO and record it with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. The directors wanted a "good old fashioned 80s/90s orchestral score" but apart from that gave me complete creative freedom which is a rare and amazing experience for any composer. You can listen to the result here: Looking forward to your comments! Cheers, Robin http://www.robin-hoffmann.com/
  9. Hi everybody, I'd like to introduce my current demo reel which consists purely of real orchestra recordings including recordings with the LSO. It consists of several film scores and concert compositions that I worked on over the last few years. Hope you enjoy it! Any comment would be highly appreciated! Robin
  10. Wow, thanks alot for all the kind words, I really appreciate that! Yes, as MSM says, basically everybody could hire the Prague orchestra, actually, even everbody could hire the LSO, it's just a matter of how much you (or the project that you're working on) are able to pay. However, MSM, that deal sounds a bit strange that you're mentioning there. First of all, I can't really imagine that they could fit a 120 piece orchestra in any of the studios I know in Prague and a deal that involves specific "rehearsal time" is also quite uncommon. Usually it is prima vista playing and recording and you do several takes and patches instead of "recording 5 minutes". Anyway, thanks again for all the kind words. In case anybody is interested in having a look at the score sheet of MOUSE HUNT, it is available here: http://issuu.com/robinhoffmann/docs/mouse_hunt Robin
  11. 12. Haha, not quite! Thanks alot for the kind comments! I really appreciate that. Actually, I had 30 minutes of session time left in one orchestral session in Prague and instead of just sending the musicians home I thought they could do something more useful So that's how this piece came into existance No night music, sorry guys Robin
