I rip all my CDs into FLAC using EAC. My goal is to have a perfect digital archival copy so I never have to take the CD out of its case again. If I want smaller files (for mobile listening), I just re-encode from the FLAC.

The concert was your typical JW conducted concert...which of course means it was totally awesome, lol. JW looked fairly energetic, which is good to see. I'll be attending again tommorrow (box seats this time ), here's hoping he plays the SNF theme again!

Yep, I just got back from this performance, it was a pretty nice surprise to end the concert!

FYI, if you need to do this in the future you can use YAMB to do a straight rip of the audio from an MP4 without any recompression.
