Yeah the first thing I thought of when I read the above description was Shadows of the Empire. Some people gotta bust that out of their old collections and take another listen.

I believe it is officially a fan made CD cover, but it is almost assuredly near exactly what the real deal will look like so what is the difference?

It just annoys me even many of the Wookies in this movie had to be CGI. Was that really neccesary? Is it so hard to mock up some contumes with fur on them?

You know all these conservative types who dislike anything like Euthanasia that is seen as being "morally unjust". Its pretty laughable some of these right wingers were making such a big deal about it since that element of the movie only plays a minor role in the overall film.

Yeah there was a bit in there where the Emperor even throws sections of the friggin Galactic Senate at Yoda. The man has some friggin power. I cannot wait to see Yoda finally get his ass kicked.

That is one of them. I believe there was another that promised even greater quality audio. Crap wish I could remember all this technical stuff.

I love Clint and all but for GODS SAKES the man has enough Oscars already!

This is tough! 1) Steven Spielberg: This guy has gotta be number 1 for me I guess. I mean his more recent film are not that great but the man has more than enough great work. 2) Martin Scorcese: Still pissed this guy doesn't have an Oscar. 3) Ridley Scott: The guy has really output alot of quality films is recent year and this guy still made Blade Runner which is one of my favorite sci-fi films ever. Now here is where I really gotta think ..... 4) Hiyao Miyazaki: His anime films have been spectacular. Even though the animation is not the best it easily eclipses anything Disney has released lately. 5) This one will have to be left blank for now. I cannot thino of any one guy.

BTW speaking of DVD audio. What is the deal with that new CD format that is supposed to come out soon? I forget what the hell its called. ITs supposed to have audio quality on DVD level.

I think he is talking about how politcally charged movies tend to create alot of media buzz and that exposure gets them OScars. ' Like take for example this year's winner Million Dollar Baby. The movie had a euthanasia angle attached to it and that helped it get more exposure. It also stirred up some controversy which conservatives which made Hollywood liberals more sympathetic to it.

There is no way to tell who is really top. As there is no overall sales charts. Nor does it matter. Horner if he were on top would only be on top primarily just for that one Titanic score anyway. Sure Horner had other successul scores like Braveheart but nothing even close to that level.

The cover will just be the movie poster. Just like thw album itself will be "lucas' movie edit" of the score. Expecting something else is denial.

Kidnapped Lucas? Whats the point of that? Ransom? Who would actually want him back?

My vote goes to Cutthroat Island. Sorry John but I LOVE that score.
