  1. OK, I meant to ask this AGES ago when I saw the film, but I forgot: When I saw WOTW, the film randomly switched off (not the sound though) from the point where the people on the ferry see the swirling in the water, and the part on the hill just before Robbie goes off. What happened there? It was just... black... when I saw it. And yes, I did get a full refund.
  2. TPMG sqfedannounce doesn't seem to be on the FTP - unless its under a different name.
  3. I didn't read it in great detail... yet... but what joke did make Coca-Cola come out of George Lucas' nose?
  4. Great work! I see what you mean about the cue titles.
  5. Yep, got it, listening to it now. Rob - who was puzzled when he saw two identical versions of the Attack of the Clones OST, one for £2.99 and the other for £15.99. Then I saw that the £15.99 one was the version WITHOUT the bonus track.
  6. You may regret you just said that. This is how the Bond theme was manhandled into the "Little Nellie" sequence: Track 15 (0:00-3:15) + DN James Bond Theme (0:00-0:03) DN James Bond Theme (0:07-0:20) DN James Bond Theme (0:34-0:54) DN James Bond Theme (0:20-0:34) DN James Bond Theme (0:40-1:18) DN James Bond Theme (0:34-1:18) DN James Bond Theme (0:40-1:21) DN James Bond Theme (0:34-0:40) DN James Bond Theme (1:34-1:50) I haven't checked it - but I think you get the picture.
  7. I've seen that. Rob - who's missed Batman no less than fourteen times on Sky Movies in the last week.
  8. OK! Especially since (I just found out) is has been reduced to £3.50.
  9. I know this was posted nearly a year ago, but I only just noticed it (I know its completely off topic): What scene is this?
  10. I just wondered.. it's available for £4.99 in HMV - and I confess - I've never seen the film or heard the score (the 1989 Elfman one). Should I get it? I've seen quite a few positive reviews. They've got quite a few good deals on there at the moment - AOTC and TPM OSTs for £2.99 each, and most other things for £4.99.
  11. I took that as slowly fade one in and the other out, and keep messing about with it until you can't hear the transition. Then again that's what I did for most of track 2.
  12. Talking of the inside of the 2004 release of Return of the Jedi, "Luke Confronts Jabba" has an asterisk next to it. Why? I looked all around that stupid fold-out thing and can't find what it's supposed to reference.
  13. I don't understand any of the titles, except Return of the Jedi.
  14. Or can someone give me an *exact* quote from it so I can search...
  15. Do you have a list of Williams' titles? Just out of interest could I see them?
  16. What about the Trade Federation theme? Wasn't that used earlier in the film?
  17. If you want to make any connection to the film whatsoever, Pirates of the Caribbean.
  18. OK, just checked - it seems my computer took the liberty of renaming the files when I downloaded them. The current JPB 2e there is identical to the 1e I have. So you're right.
  19. Oh... is it supposed to be JPB 1e? Or at least that one on Lordskylark's FTP?
  20. I've always like this quote from the FilmTracks review of Return of the Jedi:
  21. I'm starting to think that maybe it was a good idea not to include it. Imagine: a love scene from a recent superhero film like Spider-Man or Batman Begins, then put the "alternate instrumental pop version" of "Can You Read My Mind" over it. Ugh.
  22. I just found out recently that the Anthology 4-CD set is meant to have a booklet with it. Does anyone know if the notes in the booklet are available on the internet anywhere? I only found it it should be there after the time limit for complaints on eBay.
