John Dutton got a reaction from dtw42 in John Williams is the next guest on the Smartless podcast
"So, John. Why didn't TLW OST have liner notes? In fact why was the track list a sticker crudely applied to the cardboard Dino-Rama?"

Deleted scene?

John Dutton got a reaction from filmmusic in Ridley Scott makes wonderful movies, don’t you think?
Yeah well, I don't know about that but the theatrical cut of Blade Runner is severely underrated and frankly overbashed. It's my preferred version.

Anyone else like the narration in Blade Runner?

Sounds like a made up rumor.

I haven't listened to it.
William Ross I believe also recorded a unique loop for the inside of the carousel building at Disneyland. It featured a really cool rendition of Get to Your Ships from Episode One. Has this ever leaked?

You really should relax a little

I didn't read any of that book that seems quite a but much to devote to what you deemed a "Delusional" poster, but rest assured, I am not your enemy, but first you must put that weapon down and trust me.

It's not a thread about JW or the Art of Filmmaking, it's about a series of spy movies where a secret agent with gadgets performs impossibly over the top stunts and courts absurdly attractive women in the most unlikely of circumstances. These aren't very serious movies no matter how much Daniel Craig frowns and laughs while being tortured.
Apologies you were so triggered and had to line by line quote what are more or less facts about these Hollywood print publications, which also apparently printed untruths according to the armchair box office experts in this Thread of the Art of Filmmaking.
And yeah, it's likely it was re-shot/edited. As for it being "Woke", I don't know what that means, nor did I bring it up. They re-jiggered it into more of a traditional predictable type of Bond movie than the modern tired trope flipping of the script that the trailer promised.
Thank you!

John Dutton reacted to Pellaeon in Star Trek is better than everything
Takei went to a lot of Star Trek conventions and had his ego inflated by fans who told him he was as important as—nay, more important than—the series star. He has since tried to keep himself relevant by incessantly publicly slagging the series star at any opportunity. “Shatner acted like he didn’t know who I was!” Well sorry, man, you were barely in that show, you were a day player, you didn’t have any memorable lines or memorable scenes with him, and you were gone for half of the run to shoot a John Wayne film.

John Dutton got a reaction from DarthDementous in THE BOYS & GEN V
That was just gross. After a brief reprieve with Frenchie's fling, which apparently wrecked the only relationship I liked on the show with Kimiko (did they just write him off?), the show went back to portraying gay or bi men as bizarre sex perverts for shock value. Eh.
This season is definitely a letdown. The political stuff has become too on-the-nose and not clever at all, the interpersonal stuff is fleeting and everyone just seems miserable. There are occasional glimmers like Homelander having his "I Pardon You" moment with the kid in the last episode and Butch sass and one-liners between his coughing puking descent into madness, but it's clearly the weakest season and the only one that I am not especially entertained by.

Not sure why he's surprised people like Homelander or at the very least find him to be the most interesting character. It's like when Shawn Ryan was surprised people liked Vic Mackey and the Strike Team.
From the start the show has basically been a cast of morally grey characters with few exceptions, and it seems like everyone gets dirty at some point. Reads to me like this guy went in pushing an agenda and hoping for people to digest it a certain way, but I guess not everyone sees things the same way he does.
He would hate me!

John Dutton got a reaction from Chen G. in What is your honest assessment of THX 1138?
The cosmetic changes don't alter the story or the characters and they're also not even that significant. I would argue they're tastefully done. Not sure how that could kill the movie for someone. Seems a bit of an overreaction.
