I love this moment from E.T. when we realize E.T. is alive. Just after the moment Spielberg shows the flower as fully alive again and Williams raises the emotion and excitement to such a degree that in childhood I would scream with happiness on seeing the plant and much of it was due to how the music leads me on. And it is just 10 seconds!

There is a short interlude during " Love Theme from SUPERMAN( end title) where the strings play a beautiful passage with plucked bass😍 before returning to the main melody.

I would much rather he program " E.T. and Me".
" Adventures" just doesn't work as a concert piece- you need the visual accompiament.
Plus, the OST can't be matched musically

Indeed. A regular full frame DSLR camera has a default aspect ratio of 3:2, as do the 35mm camera negatives captured in a still camera.

You guys are overthinking it. I see plenty of Super 35 films that were 2.35:1 or 2.40:1 theatrically and on disc, but they've been reformatted to 16:9 for cable television broadcast.
