TTT has the Arwen song, which according to the EE commentary by Doug and @Jim Ware was apparently used for Elrond convincing Arwen to leave Middle-Earth?
There are also some cases that could be tricky, because the replaced TE section is so long and covers so much, and/or some are technically longer because the EE replacements have unscored sections
Two of these for example is The Road to Isengard through Return to Edoras, and Sholob's Lair + Grond the TE version of those pieces are missing linking material that were unreleased (or possibly unrecorded in the latter case)
