  1. Inspired by Bloodboal's thread, I thought there would maybe be some interest to put pure score to scenes, and take out all the dialogue, and sound effects to enjoy the music fully? I started a project way back ago, but I could not get all the edits exact, but it is still enjoyable to watch Here are a few I did ages ago for fun: Test Drive from How to Train Your Dragon The Might of Rome from Gladiator War from Avatar
  2. More... Edit: Moar. This one is interesting... The guy also posted a photo of his ticket as a proof - http://imgur.com/fGvCVVp
  3. This comes from someone who have seen the film, but it might not be true. Warning, spoilers!
  4. No Shore interview, but you can see him with Peter and the crew taking a picture at the end. Omg, I thought you were right, but I jumped in that clip and there is A SHORE INTERVIEW! It starts at 48.31 &feature=share&t=48m31sNot long though
  5. Shore might turn up on the red carpet in ~4 hours at the world premiere. Apparently it says "Watch red carpet coverage with Martin Freeman, Richard Armitage, Benedict Cumberbatch, Evangeline Lilly, Luke Evans, Orlando Bloom, Stephen Fry, Dean O'Gorman, Aidan Turner, William Kircher, Manu Bennett, John Bell, Ryan Gage, composer Howard Shore, writer/producers Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens and writer/producer/director Peter Jackson." under the clip, thanks to Once who noticed it.
  6. It says: "Watch red carpet coverage with Martin Freeman, Richard Armitage, Benedict Cumberbatch, Evangeline Lilly, Luke Evans, Orlando Bloom, Stephen Fry, Dean O'Gorman, Aidan Turner, William Kircher, Manu Bennett, John Bell, Ryan Gage, composer Howard Shore, writer/producers Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens and writer/producer/director Peter Jackson." Wow, didn't read that. Imagine if Shore was there and talked about the score
  7. Live event coming up in 4 hours 13 min - Premiere live! Sadly, by then, i'm in bed.
  8. I guess I am the only one who thinks of the "percussion" in "The Hornburg" from TTT at that moment in 'The Hunters' cue Around 0.55 and forward.
  9. Thanks! I can actually can recall some of it now I have never read the appendix though so that information was new, ty!
  10. Is that the hummed version of the Durin theme? That was my first thought when I heard it, but I have no idea. Yep! I can't remember Smaug killing any dwarf or anyone in the book (of the characters we get to know), but again it was takes ago since I read it, so I do not remember much. It sounds to me like someone dies in that cue, to me a dwarf but Tauriel could be a possibility as well? I'm just guessing. I'm curious what you guys think happens.
  11. What do you think happens between 4.55 and 6.15 in 'The Hunters'? Does someone die?
  12. Will a dwarf die in this film? If so, who do you think will die? I have only thread The Hobbit once so I can't remember everything, but I can't remember any of the dwarfes getting killed by Smaug. Btw, will we see Saruman in TABA? Sorry it was many years ago since I read the book, will give it a re-read before TABA though!
  13. I just love the vocal that stats at 4.49 in Beyond the Forest. It reminds me of TTT vocal work (that Helm's Deep vocal comes to mind).
  14. Make a sweeping suite! My plan is to make one out of all the Middle Earth scores once TABA is released.
  15. Crazy & amazing - no wonder why the guy died in an accident in the mountains when he took such huge risks.
  16. He will speak I think, but I don't really care to be honest.
  17. I'm glad I grabbed the whole thing in time... 320 kbps too lol. I guess they realised it wasn't a smart move having the whole score in good quality up even before release.
  18. 2.52 in the cue Smaug = awesome. What instrument is that again? I can't name it.
  19. Samples are out on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FFT1BJ0/ Listening to it now, anything new? Edit: No new material it seems.
