Just as @Chewy was able to use reverse phasing to isolate the choral overlay from "The Capture (Alternate)" on the expanded Amistad album, I was able to isolate the 2 bars of choir that were omitted from the album version of "From Mermaids to Lost Boys." Not a substantial piece of music obviously, but still kind of fun to hear as a curiosity.

Contrary to much of the rest of the score, it's able to form a prolonged and meaningful, fluid musical statement with confidence, without having to resort to unusual instruments and big drums to make an impact.

This expansion is the hope killer. This expansion is the little death that brings total disappointment. I will forget this expansion in a few days, but will be reminded of it as soon as this thread is bumped again. When our hope for new expansions is gone, there will be nothing.
