I'm very confused, but is what you are saying:
Powell did the film version, which we can hear without vocals on the score album The song album version is noticibly different Portions of the the song album version, without vocals, is what's heard in the credits

It's going to be a bit janky like part 1, but this is the best order that can be achieved without editing.

There definitely are bits of unreleased score and song reprises - for example, there's a score cue in between Every Day More Wicked and Bubbles And Rainbows. There's a short reprise of March Of The Witch Hunters in the middle of Ride To See Elphie, and I remember a nice score version of Defying Gravity somewhere in the middle of For Good.
 
I don't particularly like the songs in For Good, so I'm happier listening to the score in isolation.
 
 

Powell mentioned he worked with some Celtic folk musicians to rearrange some Dragons music for Epic Universe's/the Isle Of Berk dining hall. He specifically said, "there's an album of that". While some of the park's music has been released, I haven't heard of this specific album and wonder if it is yet to come.

Or at least if that's not happening, start some more deluxe editions. Bourne Supremacy, X-Men and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, I'm looking at you...

I appreciate you going through this rather messy album situation. Perhaps I'll finally create a mega-edit with the best material from all 3 scores, but avoiding duplication.

It's out now.

At least from 4:03-5:12 of the end credits in the film you guys are talking about is the instrumental of the album version of "The Wicked Witch of the East," which (unless the song album credits are leaving off Powell's involvement) is by Jeff Atmajian. As soon as I heard that start playing when I saw it in the theater, I was pretty sure Powell's suite was just going to be the first bit — up till when the "Wicked: For Good" title screen shows up.
 
Also, I recognized some (not all, admittedly) of the remainder of the end credits music elsewhere in the score; based on how the first score contained music that wasn't even in the film, I wouldn't be surprised if the stuff I didn't recall hearing before will still be on the album. 

"Got Milk?" was my favourite episode since the pilot. The funniest of the lot. And I picked up that was Patrick Fabian immediately. His voice is very distinctive. 😂

I'm kind of surprised Carol is staying put in Albuquerque rather than travelling about to search wider.

I'm pretty sure the Crowne Plaza she climed to the top of is where I stayed when I went to Albuquerque.
