Anthony got a reaction from Marian Schedenig in PLURIBUS - Spoilers allowed for all aired episodes
I'm pretty sure the Crowne Plaza she climed to the top of is where I stayed when I went to Albuquerque.
Look what was on the truck that the bodies were loaded into in episode 2...

Anthony got a reaction from jjstarA113 in John Powell & Stephen Schwartz - Wicked (2024) & Wicked: For Good (2025)
My memory is all jumbled, too - I thought we had the song album and FYC in pretty quick succession, and then the score album a few weeks later. I guess not!
It's intesting to go back and listen to the sound clips posted on the first page of this thread. Some are clearly demos or unfinished mixes, while others don't seem to be from the score at all.

Anthony got a reaction from Trope in John Powell & Stephen Schwartz - Wicked (2024) & Wicked: For Good (2025)
Saw a double bill of the films. While I still love the first, I didn't connect with the second one at all. It felt like the plot had run out and it was just a jumbled mess of scenes. I'm just thinking, "Why? What did that add to the story?".
The number of song reprises from part 1 really bugged me. For Good is the only song that was pretty decent. The rest felt like Wicked-parody music.
Powell's score was decent but I kept waiting for it to hit a higher gear which it never quite did. Still, some pretty clever and entertaining riffs on the songs, the best being more versions of material from part 1.
The end credits piece is definitely the highlight. Other decent parts were all kinda short, a bit like in the first movie. Still probably a 4 star score though, and I imagine it will hold up better on album.
Disappointed but perhaps I now feel how fans of the stage show do. (I haven't seen it.) I gather the second part has always been considered kind of a let down.

Can anyone identify the jazzy music playing on Air Force One when Diabaté is talking about the nuclear football?

When Carol caused another hive meltdown at the dinner in episode 2, some of the "companions" who were running over to help her ended up falling over and convulsing, while others remained on their feet. I think it's nothing more complicated than how you're positioned and how muscles spasm as to whether you end up on the ground or not.
And unfortunately for Helen, she got quite a blow to the head. So I think it was that which killed her - not the joining itself.

Also, episode 2 shows how some people may fall over while others remain upright during...err...joinings or when strong emotions are directed at them. So I guess it's just to do with how their muscles spasm during it. You're safest lying down!

It's basically complete. There are a couple of atmosphetic-single-sustained-note cues for title cards that aren't released but add nothing of consequence.
