  1. Not a whole lot is made from it. No big mystery to solve. They're just there as a little tie-in with the fifth movie. So the stories feel a bit more organically connected.
  2. Yup, exactly those. Choices of One even explains where the Snowspeeders on Hoth came from.
  3. Ooh, that'd be nice indeed! There's even very few novels in that time frame. But I like the two Timothy Zahn Legends set during that period.
  4. They probably invented the actual InGen cloning methods, but used them to create another 1993 John Williams rather than an actual dinosaur.
  5. I love the San Diego track too, make no mistake. Haha, no that's new to me!
  6. Anyone here know the Tadeo Jones series? It's basically Indiana Jones for kids. There's two shorts, three movies and even a video game now! I just bought it and tried it for two half seconds. If you like Indiana Jones and have any sense of humour at all, check out the original video that started the whole thing: That was basically just made by someone in his basement as a fun proof of concept. I don't think anyone could've imagined he'd get round to making a full professional trilogy with tie-in game to boot. It's AMAZING!! (I still need to watch the third movie...)
  7. Yes. They really should have. At the very least FOR ME. And all the friends I watched it with liked it too. I LOVE how Indy outsmarts Voller, who is a bloody ROCKET SCIENTIST! Watching Voller just IMPLODE on himself in absolute panic is HILARIOUS and GLORIOUS! Best part is, turns out Indy's argument wasn't even true. Continental drift had nothing to do with it. The Dial worked exactly as intended even after all those millenia.
  8. The Hunt is probably THE best track on the entire bloody soundtrack. And it's a BLOODY INCREDIBLY GOOD SOUNDTRACK! It going unused in the movie is a travesty. Honestly, I thought Spielberg had better taste than to just cut-and-paste music from elsewhere in another scene like he's George Lucas going DotF-crazy or something.
  9. Clever AI!* With the witty name on the bow and everything... (* = said the same way one might say "Clever girl".)
  10. I thought the first was supposed to be considered a classic? The second not so much. My rewatch didn't impress me that much though. I like the concept and the music is great, but other than that, it's SOOO corny! Normally I don't mind that at all, but Conan is pretty much next level. Especially that green soup with the hand just randomly floating around in it, what the HELL?? It's entertaining though...
  11. Why call the movie still World then? I thought the point of that monicker was that dinos are now everyone on the World. From the side, it makes sense. Personally I don't need that. Just theme parks and the occasional dino island works for me. Hahaha, sheer brilliance, mate! Exactly that!! I'm impressed how quickly you whipped that up. Well done!
  12. Conan x2 too, eh? Though I recently rewatched that movie and was a bit miffed at the repetition of music from earlier in the movie.
  13. I heard them say something about Barbados in the trailer, which suggests it's a Caribbean island. I believe Nublar and Sorna were in the Pacific off the coast of South America. So indeed, seems to be a third island. Positioned geographically in a very strange spot of dinos would have to be transported from there to the main park. Can you imagine dino carrying cargo ships passing through the Panama Canal?? It's a shame the park aspect was rapidly lost again after reintroducing it in the first Jurassic World. But I like dinos in jungles too.
  14. Definitely recommended. I recall the film being entertaining as well. The legendary Alan Rickman is the villain, so no complaints there!
  15. GREAT main and action theme on this score. Absolutely STELLAR! But was anything worthwhile actually still missing from the previous release? I figured it'd be pretty much comprehensive as it was...
