since a few years I'm very disappointed by Dany Elfman, everything he composes, including Doctor Strange II is totally interchangeable .... I prefer by far the score of the first DS

Ok, Thx.... and "the book of Boba Fett" with alternate voice (chapt 7 between Town at peace and the Reign and Boba Fett) is missing....
 

It shows up in a couple more of cues, and I think is a motif associated with Mando, but doesn't represent anything in particular. It's just more material for Mando
 
If you listen closely, you can hear it in here on a high-pitched female voice-like instrument:
 
It also plays in this track at the start, on the strings togetehr with the chime motif
 
 
This is a bit hard to tell because sometimes he mixes a couple of tracks together, and for example, I thought the Tusken encounter was tracked from Raiders, but it open the track Tusken Raiders, so maybe it's just a new recording. Even so, this is what I gathered from the first two episodes:
