I've seen bits of it and it might actually not be awful, almost like a Ren & Stimpy where it's pretty over the head of its primary audience and actually kind of clever.

Call me naive but I have always gotten the genuine sense that Hans doesn't follow the money especially now that he has no real need to. There is some creative part of his brain that is tickled by some of these odd choices. But he's got a decent animation rap sheet so it's not that much of a stretch.

I hate to post in a thread with such authorship but I can make the sacrifice to promote John: The last 30 seconds have such a masterful sense of delaying the musically inevitable which really elevates the scene.

Yeah the album is definitely overkill. I'm relieved to hear that it won't be a bore for me in the film though which I still have to see.

It's ok. Very grandiose which is the point. Easily prefer it to Young's though. I've never gotten much out of his music for whatever reason.

There was no one thing but as long as I’ve been here at the forum he’s been very little other than nasty to anyone including me who doesn’t meet his standards of Williams devotion and/or Zimmer disdain. At nearly every turn on such subjects there he is, at best being dismissive or at worst totally vicious. I’m not talking about arguing/debate or anything like that which is fine, this is just unmitigated aggression. Nobody could accuse me of having a timid personality and I’ve certainly changed my tune even more with him accordingly but I think and hope I’ve never been close to the level of personal belligerence that he’s displayed most recently right here in this thread. If I have I apologize to him and the community here but I don’t think so.

It is a nice looking machine I will say that much.
