You don’t hear much from David Newman these days in terms of composing. “Matilda” should have kicked off his career big time in my opinion. Joe Kraemer came and dropped one of the best action scores of the decade, and then was unceremoniously booted from Hollywood because of his shitty friend McQuarrie.

This is the quickest he´s conducted The Adventures of Mutt for a while. Maybe his cataracts were blocking the tempo markings on the score.

Tickets still haven´t appeared at the local cinema where I live (the south of Chile). This is slightly stranged as every other movie is available. I am worried I might have to travel to another city just to see this film.

Well HGW on his own is not the worst outcome I suppose.

Wow, I wouldn’t read the cast list on that poster if you want to avoid spoilers. How strange that they included it there.

If you´ve seen the full, leaked 6 minute clip, most of the music (I´d say 90%) is actually original.
