I wonder what they are planning for the 2nd Vienna concert. We may expect a strictly limited edition or even an auction of the master lacquer disc signed by ASM (but not JW because he only uses a Bleistift, ja...ja).

The vinyls are in the post. The black ones temporally appeared to be sold out in the DG shop.

Was the ritardando introduced by the cover conductor of the Berlin concerts or elaborated during JW's own rehearsals? There was a less pronounced ritardando in the Vienna concerts in March - so it may have worn off. Also no bells up at the end of E.T. in Vienna.

ASM "I won't show you the bill for the stage design." JW: "Why? Is it by Lyonel Feininger?"

JW: "I tell you this planet will explode in thirty days." ASM: "And I tell you that Krypton is simply shifting its orbit."
