Be assured: even if not all seats in our venues can be occupied due to the pandemic, or if individual concerts do not take place – the purchase of a subscription is risk free.
You only pay when we know for sure that we can offer you your seats.
We make this possible via direct debit. Payment will only be collected once it is certain that the events can take place. If individual events are cancelled due to the pandemic, you will of course receive a partial refund.
You will receive an exclusive advance booking rights and 25% discount for all concerts organised by us, if individual subscription series have to be cancelled.

The history of film music would be different without him: John Williams. Cinema classics like Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Harry Potter are inextricably linked with his soundtracks. They have unforgettable, radiant themes, an impressive range of atmospheres and sounds and, at the same time, the always unmistakable style of the composer. John Williams makes his debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker at these concerts. The programme includes several of his most famous scores – and of film music in general.

OK, I pre-ordered it for $30

Indeed - and the hardback casing is very sturdy (if only DG had put the Mutter/Williams/Vienna discs in some of those).
Of course there's not really any new information in there for die-hard Williams aficionados, but for anyone else (the real target audience for a "spotlight" album, I guess) it's very nice to have an extensive overview of his career, paired with a few comments by notable collaborators and himself, and some cool "concept art"-like paintings/drawings relating to several of the scored films. Also a nice painterly filter applied to all of the photos... they really wanted to art it up
