Haha there's no way he isn't happy with the final product considering the rave reviews and his own positive comments. Come on. People are really grasping and overanalyzing. Not everything is a conspiracy 

I know, BUT he specifically chose to talk about her and her theme so often in concerts and interviews, I was expecting more this time.

I think they need to hire more incompetent or absent minded workers at Amazon so they can accidentally release all their scores early in digital format. Wasn't that they way TFA leaked in 2015.

I really don't like ranking things against each other, but I do think the theme is absolutely terrific

Well, obviously the poll is borderline insane, but I will take the bait and say this: at this point, I would place the theme in the top 10 of Williams' themes. It has a mature, sublime quality that borders on some of his best concert works but with a more accessible style. I do not think the three minute track itself is a top ten piece, though it could be with a longer arrangement. I know it is wishful thinking, but he could easily incorporate the flute-theme in the final track and work up a more substantial piece.

As I said I was slightly underwhelmed after hearing the music in the film the first time. But after seeing it again on thursday, I did enjoy the music more, and I just finished listening to the album all the way through twice, and it is a classic 'grower' indeed. It grows with every listen. Of course most scores do, but this one more so than his previous SW scores I think.
The evolution of Rey's theme throughout is marvellous, and I am confidently humming both hers, Finn's and the Resistance March. But perhaps my favourite has to be Poe's theme heard in 'I Can Fly Anything' at 1:18, 'Farewell and The Trip' at 0:31, and at 5:23 in 'Jedi Steps and Finale'

Anyways, can't be too long now until some store employee opens a copy and rips it and posts it online, right?
Or until a digital retailer in some random country accidentally begins selling it early?
