    Noobs at what? Listening to music? Appreciating it? Using lossless formats for every day listening has nothing to do with appreciating music fully. It's audiophilia at it's most circular.

    I rip CDs to 320 MP3. If I download FLAC files, I immediately convert them to 320 MP3 and trash the FLACs. I don't hear a difference so why waste space?

    Well the title of a film has to attract attention in some way. It's why I had to look up the movie when you posted, I'd forgotten its existence and had never seen because of its terrible title. Obviously it has no bearing on the quality of the movie itself, but a bad title can bury a good movie.

    Is that the Anthony Hopkins-Ryan Gosling movie? It's a terribly generic title. I enjoy a good legal thriller, though, maybe I'll check it out.

    I hope Tracy Letts gets at least one juicy monologue to sink his teeth into. He gave one of my favorite performances of last year in the criminally underseen film Indignation. Amazing actor (and playwright of course).

    It had a more magical veneer, but he still directed it like the most boring, uninspired BBC period drama imaginable. It's his signature style.

    It's such a shame he will continue to be the only director making HP/Fantastic Beasts films. For pete's sake, he's had control of the franchise for 11 or 12 years.

    I was recently reminded how awesome the Meet the Press theme (The Mission Part IV) is. It's a shame that wasn't included in the concert version of The Mission. Badass

    It's a shame there hasn't been one score for a big Summer blockbuster yet that I'd want to listen to more than once. The samples for The Mummy sound boring as hell, but I'll give it one full listen. GOTG2 and Baby Driver at least have great songtracks (can't wait to see Baby Driver).

    Very good program! A nice mix of the staples with a few less-performed pieces. I'd love to see those KOTCS pieces and WOTW performed lived. I assume there's no recording of this?
