People on here and FSM have been asking for a while if I was going to collect links to my Film Score Google Docs together in one place, and I've finally decided to just do it as a forum post here on JWFan.

This thread will only contains info for Williams scores; non-Williams scores are over here.

Every time I add a new score to the main post, I'll bump the thread, and you're welcome to ask me questions about any of the information on the spreadsheets here as well.

After I get caught up and post every existing spreadsheet I already have, I'll considering taking requests to breakdown scores I haven't done yet.  Please refrain from requesting until I mention I've gotten caught up.  Thanks!

I'm kick-starting the thread with all the spreadsheets I had for Williams scores from the 1970s

    http://www.jwfan.com/?p=11794

I got the chance to listen to this already and it's just as good as their Dracula conversation!

Some of the stories told include:

The full explanation the HP set being included in the London concert program booklet

Williams composing the original teaser music as a reaction to the book, not the film.

The great story of what was used to record and edit HP1 in 2001, and how Mike redid every single performance edit from scratch to bring everything up into high resolution - fascinating stuff!

The story about how HP1 was recorded in two different recording studios (not sure how many people knew that before)

A discussion of the difference in how the music was mixed in the first film version the subsequent ones

How the Children's Suite was originally planned to be released in 2001, but was blocked by JK Rowling

How the Vocal Version of Hogwarts Forever came about

    And lots more!

Clips played include the trailer music, Nimbus 2000 from the Children's Suite, Fighting the Troll, one of the HP2 commercials, and more.

Williams composed everything.  Everything Ross did to make music fit the final picture was entirely using music Williams had composed.  Ross did a ton of hard work on this picture, but nothing that he did would be considered "composing".

Just noticed that Mike Matessino went on a European classical radio show and premiered the previously officially unreleased "Platform Nine-and-Three-Quarters" from the set. Listen starting around 1 hour and 8 minutes: https://www.rte.ie/radio/radioplayer/rteradiowebpage.html#!rii=b16_10965468_2393_24-11-2018_.

More excitingly, he immediately afterward premiered the vocal version of "Hogwarts Forever"! It's pretty cool, although only the beginning has vocals.

Even better, the host said that next Saturday she'll be playing unreleased stuff from Azkaban from the new set!

Thought this might be an opportune time to re-post the Azkaban cue list, seeing as the PS and COS sessions are a little clearer thanks to the leaks. Azkaban has always been a little more mysterious because we don't know what was actually recorded during the sessions. At first glance, 2m3 The Train to Hogwarts Version I and 3m10 Remembering Mother appear to not have been recorded after all (or were omitted from the set). I've highlighted all the alternates that were at least written by Williams.

Here's my attempt at sorting the cue titles with the the OST. (Probably off on a lot of the cue divides but this was done after a quick check of the film)

Here's all of the cues with known reel/part numbers:
    1m4-5 Corellia Chase [Batu Sener]
    2m13 Chewie Untamed [Anthony Willis]
    2m16A Conveyex [John Powell]
2m16B Enfys Nest Arrives [Batu Sener]
3m18s Chicken in the Pot [John Powell] - Presumably "Dryden Yacht Duet".
4m30B Mines Pt.2: Finding Coaxium [John Powell]

    And the OST credits:

1m6 Once In a Vial (The Nightclub Brawl)

I decided to present the album version without the Dance Orchestra, notice the little "motif" for the Diamond/Antidote shots?

Some more cues have turned up in the BMI repertoire!

    Spaceport [Anthony Willis]
Cornellia Chase [Batu Sener] - Likely just a misspelling of Corellia, although the entry is later than the one for Enfys Nest Arrives.
Adventures of Han [John Williams] - Alternate titles; Han Solo Theme, Meet Han.
