Seeing Danny Elfman on Twitter is as viable as that.

This year, as in all others, we have had good orchestral scores by Doyle, Desplat, Young, Giacchino, Williams ... But I do not know, I can not see the tide turning. What I see is that people are thrilled with Giacchino's hiring for the Marvel films and the hiring of Elfman, and probably Giacchino in "The Batman", for DC movies. As the biggest blockbusters tend to serve as a reference for many smaller movies a lot of people see this as a turning point. Conclusion: At the end of the day people are excited about Giacchino. They see him as the composer of the next decade.

I can only do it when I listen to it at the same time (at least 8 times). Separated, only from what I have in memory, it is impossible.

More superheroes stuff

A lot of people have noticed, Avengers is there too. It's an idea for the Amazons or for the Steppenwolf.

I think that Elfman has an enviable career. His 1988-1995 efforts are brilliant. The man soon achieved a original sound identity for himself. He was even able to bring memorable works in the 2000s. A substitution score like Justice League can not reduce appreciation for a composer.

The Oingo Boingo and all the weird stuff they did was an inspiration to him. His best gothic scores are from the first half of the 90's.

What is the best song released along with a soundtrack of a DC movie and why is it "Kiss From A Rose"? I listened to a part in a Russian social network and the best of the score is the action material. There is a track on which I almost imagined it would be a reference of Elfman to his Spider Man or Hulk*.

Coco (Giacchino), MI: Ghost Protocol (idem), Conan: The Barbarian (Poledouris), King Arthur (Zimmer) and Il buono, Il brutto, Il cattivo (Morricone) and almost Memories of a Geisha (Williams).

Titanic, the first two Jurassic Park, Balto, Home Alone The Mummy, The Mask of Zorro, Bambi, Pocahontas, Tarzan, The Road to El Dorado, but no more than 50 times. All of them because the movies were available on local TVs on special dates like Christmas or children's programs.It was not like I could choose.

I believe they will use the iconic theme for "inspiring" moments or key scenes of interaction between Superman and the population in which these people's devotion to the character is clear, and the actual theme will be reserved for action scenes, scenes together with the League and romantic moments with Lois Lane.

I expect a more developed theme for the First Order. A similar situation of the theme for the Empire in the films of 1977 and 1983.

La Bikina, Besame Mucho, Llorona and Un Mundo Raro are popular mexican songs.

I've been so disconnected from everything that I did not even know that they had already released this one! EDIT: Excellent score! It's not as good as the work Horner did for other movies with Mexican ambiance, but it's more a proof of Giacchino's creativity and adaptability. My favorite moments are the most festive ones like "Fiesta with De la Cruz", "Reunión Familiar de Rivera", "Will He Shoemaker" ("La Bikina", "La Llorona", "El mundo es mí família") ... Those in which music tries to show itself in a more traditional cultural way. The songs are fun, but nothing compares to the ones we heard in Moana. The flutes remembers Horner the whole time, the same with the danger motif in "Blessin and a Fessing" and "The Show Must Go On". "The Whom The Bell Tolls" shouts "The Vulture's Theme".

The last scene is clearly a *montage*... again.

Along with this official casting announcement, Disney revealed that The Lion King remake is bringing back Hans Zimmer to score the feature. Like its animated predecessor, this new Lion King will be a musical, and like with Beauty and the Beast earlier this year, you can count on some new songs being thrown in with the classic tunes. They are dropping the realistic and serious approach of Nolan and Snyder (successful in 2008, but currently an failure) and embracing the characterization of the animated television series. So it's not a bad idea to bring the theme of '89 or even Williams' back. Well, and the motif written for Batman in BvS was one of the worst things about the score. Even with the good arrangements of the material for the scenes with sad Bruce Wayne, we are not missing much. And in the past Zimmer has also ruled out Elfman's theme in an interview when he says it's "too happy" for Nolan's movies.

He is literally saying that Elfman and Whedon have full responsibility for the score and that producers of the Warner have nothing to say about it. That if the score is generic the fault will be exclusive of the incompetence of the two or of the bad taste of the public...

Since it's an Oriental poster, there's still the possibility that they're just mixing everything together and the images really do not make any sense within the movie's narrative.
