NL197 got a reaction from Trope in Simon Franglen's AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER (2022)
Graham Foote (and his ensemble) did the vocals for "Living in The Age of Airplanes", and then the "Pandora" attraction music, but he did NOT work on Horner's Avatar score in 2009.

The vocalists who carried over from the 2009 Horner score are Clydene Jackson, Terry Wood (you see them in the behind-the-scenes material on the Blu-ray) along with Carmen Twillie and Lisbeth Scott (Scott also performed on Amazing Spider-Man as well)

I gave up on this show after three episodes.  It's not bad, I just don't have much use personally for a fantasy show where everyone talks as though they are in 2022.

Yes, although the coloring on web-head is a bit off, like it was photoshopped out or something:

To add to that, being in Canada, I paid $76.50 for this thing thanks to currency conversion.

I paid it because being a 20th anniversary release of a treasured film (and the original score album does indeed sit on my shelf, purchased 20 years ago when the film came out) and I'm glad to have this sit next to it, included OST or not.

Mine is still firmly in "Awaiting Fulfillment" mode.

If anybody wants to use Arnold's original cue titles, the GEMA database has them all (except the one cue that didn't appear in the final cut)

Which in the film was a total mashup of several cues, yes.
For those going on about Titanic and its merits or lack of depending on where one stands, I just wanted to point out that it is now December 19. Titanic was released 25 years ago today.

Awesome stuff. The background video…looks like the one I did years ago of the entire “War” sequence featuring the intended score (without sound effects or dialogue) that was always tricky to upload to YouTube because of copyright flags. I called it “War: The Battle for Pandora”. If so, great use of it as a guide/ sync!

The film version and album version are basically two different edits of the same cue. The album version cuts out those punch lines, while the film version  (as heard on the isolated score) uses them and cuts out other sections.

So in the end, the extended version of this cue in the main program of this new release is everything in one go, punch lines, melodies and all. The album version on the OST is in the bonuses. The edited film version is not here.

Dude, just say you were never actually interested in the set and get out of here before we have to make a "Spider-Man 20th Anniversary Score Appreciation Thread," because these repetitive comments add nothing to the conversation. Let people talk about the darn material first before you can remain brashfully confident in your half-reasonable choice. I'll even give you $20 if it means you can shut up about the price.

    Talk about a stretch.

You call that berating? They weren't getting it done, he showed them how and how basic it was. No need for the hyperbole on a clip from 1985.

I know it's music we already have, but Bike Chase is so good.

The beginning of Okinawa is cool. It's where all the Bond fans declare with one voice "We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight!"
