They've added appropriate fading at the beginning and end of each track.

I'm sure it's because of the pop-up figures.

Maybe there's some noise at the start and end of tracks like with the Clones OST. I don't remember.

I've only seen the two first sequels and they didn't give me much, other than a good JW score.
