Thank you. I've left it simple and ambiguous as I plan to use it for the Nic Raine conducted suite. But here is a version with 'Original Soundtrack'.

Does anyone know if this full suite is available for purchase and download from anywhere? I think this is the full suite?: 11. 1966: The Rare Breed - Suite (05:30) Universal Emblem / Hilary's Plight / Double Crossed / Tallow Ho 12. 1966: The Rare Breed - Suite (02:41) Scottish Romeo / The Hunt 13. 1966: The Rare Breed - Suite (05:59) On His Own 14. 1966: The Rare Breed - Suite (04:23) The Cross-Breed / End Credits I can find "Universal Emblem / Hilary's Plight / Scottish Romeo / The Hunt" (08:35, which seems to combine parts of the first two tracks) and "The Cross Breed/ End Credits" (4:24) but can't find "On His Own" anywhere.

Composer Threads James Newton Howard thread
12-Mile Reef replied to nightscape94's topic in General Discussion
I just came across this nice short piece for violin: I see he wrote it at the request of Hilary Hahn for her 2013 album 'In 27 Pieces'. It has also been recorded by James Ehnes: -
They're stunning, thank you!!

Anyone interested in making individual covers for the new John Barry recordings from Quartet?
-
Anyone got any covers to use for the alternates on 'Mask of Zorro' or 'Topaz'?

Missed these somehow, they're wonderful, thanks so much!

Amazing, thank you!

This is stunning as always! I don't suppose you've also made a cover for 'Prince of Players' that's paired with it on the disc?

Gerhardt's Classic Film Scores series re-released
12-Mile Reef replied to TownerFan's topic in General Discussion
Couldn’t agree more but I think Mike M did a phenomenal job on the original recording considering its age and I listen to and thoroughly enjoy the Kritzerland release regularly. It’s one of my very favourite underwater scores and certainly in my top 10 Herrmann. But to me no composer benefits more from a great sounding re-recording than Herrmann to really revel in the detail of those orchestrations and my top 2 wished for Herrmann re-recordings are ‘Beneath the 12 Mile Reef’ and ‘Journey to the centre of the Earth’. But if they never come I’ll always be grateful for the Gerhardt ‘reef’ suite and the Herrmann conducted ‘Journey’ suite on Phase IV and the fact that such a great job has been done by Mike M on both original recordings. -

Jurassic Park 2-CD (La-La Land) - 5th Of July 2022
12-Mile Reef replied to crocodile's topic in JOHN WILLIAMS
I’ve really been enjoying this since it arrived last week and I agree that the overall sound is even better than the 2016 release. I love the new Jim Titus packaging too, it really is stunning. The biggest surprise for me though is how much I've been enjoying the remastered OST on disc 2 which I bought on cassette in 1993 and later on CD but hadn't ever listened to since getting the 2016 release. ‘Incident at Isla Nublar’ in particular is such a great combination of three separate cues that creates one thrilling narrative; it works really well musically and I’m glad to have it in such good quality. ‘Hatching Baby Raptor’, ‘My Friend, the Brachiosaurus’, and ‘Eye to Eye’ also work really well. I understand some people’s problems with the OST sequencing but I think the actual cue combinations work brilliantly. -

So are Journey to the Island and Dennis Steals The Embryo on the 2016 version essentially the same as the album versions of them on this release? -
Does anyone know if these downloads are the new 2021 master?: https://uk.7digital.com/artist/jerry-goldsmith/release/rio-conchos-original-motion-picture-score-re-recording-remastered-16237534?f=20%2C19%2C12%2C16%2C17%2C9%2C2 and https://www.amazon.co.uk/music/player/albums/B09623JT7X?ref=sr_1_9&s=dmusic&keywords=rio+conchos+goldsmith&crid=JB01ZAH7VQ29&sprefix=rio+conchos+goldsmith%2Cdigital-music%2C53&qid=1655724653&sr=1-9 Both show the 2013 artwork but since it was released on May 4th 2021 I think it may be the most recent master? I already have the 1989 CD so just want to make sure I'm getting the most up to date master when I download it, any help appreciated!

PRESUMED INNOCENT (1990) - 2022 Varese Sarabande Deluxe Edition
12-Mile Reef replied to Jay's topic in JOHN WILLIAMS
This was posted by Frank Vincent at FSM in the Custom Cover Art thread last weeks. I like this one posted there by Raferjanders a couple of years ago: Has anyone got a better scan of this alternate cover of the original Varese?:
