  1. I am one of the people who dislikes the first film a lot and I'm still not sure about a 2nd film. But the visuals are amazing, even though I'm not sold on the story.
  2. Almost certain he will play grown-up Billy/Wiccan (son of Wanda). If so than this is terrific and spot on casting
  3. And a new series on Prime with Alfred Molina. Looks good.
  4. Looking forward to this. Glad McAvoy is back in a bigger role than S2. And Ruth Wilson is just so good.
  5. I just saw that episode again. It's soo good!! "Transponsters".... THAT'S NOT EVEN A WORD! That and the moment in season 5 when Phoebe sees Monica and Chandler through the window is comedy gold. It's so funny
  6. Indeed. Those are really helpful. The 5 part For Eternia is also mindblowingly good. So many themes, in so many different variations. It's incredible. Hope McCreary scores the next MotU series as well.
  7. This looks like a great time. Looking forward to the series and the score. The villains in the left corner have a cool look. I can already hear their theme in my head🎶🎶
  8. I just listened to both volumes of Masters Of The Universe: Revelation. Everybody is talking about Rings Of Power right now, which of course is fully understandable because that is terrific. But this score is also mindblowing. He wrote at least 14 themes, all of which are incredible and recognizable. Full orchestra, choir and added metal elements. I love it so much!!!! It's one of my favorites.
  9. Looks fun. That Godfather episode looks especially fun. That was one of the best parts in the film.
  10. Watched Ready Or Not again. I saw this in the cinema in 2019 when it came out and remember having a fun time. And I had again. The whole film has a lot of laughs and Samara Weaving is very good and extremely funny. The end is maybe a bit over the top, but I still like it a lot. I was happy to see the directors going on to direct Scream 5 & next years 6. They are very talented (and that's a franchise I deeply love). Tyler's score is also great. Beautiful main theme which he twists and turns as the story goes on. All in, a great way to spend an evening!
  11. I hope Paramount makes a page for Top Gun: Maverick. And then a score page with more music than was on the album.
  12. Of course, when done well, 2 hours or 2.5 hour plus films are my favorite. I love being invested and pulled into the world a film creates. That's why I love the cinema so much. No distractions, like at home, jist the film. There's nothing like it.
  13. Amd of course Thor I really like as well. But it's not used very well in the film (the other 4 play integral roles in their films I feel). Thor feels kinda slapped on at the ens in the film. And some of the cues on the album are a bit Meh. But the action cues and the 2 suites that bookend the album are incredible. But the score overall is not as good as his other 4. Giacchino indeed had a terrific year!! One of my favorite composers, so I'm very happy.
  14. Put some favorites of mine from this year on during the week while recovering. Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumedore House Of The Dragon Jurassic World: Dominion Le Temps Des Secrets Lightyear Moon Knight Ms. Marvel Paws Of Fury Redeeming Love The Bad Guys The Batman The Rings Of Power (Season album) Werewolf By Night Westworld How I love all this scores. For me personally, 2022 has been a stellar year for scores. And I'm excited for the next 2 months to add more wonderful stuff to this list.
  15. Won't be me. Sorry. Had a few setbacks and won't get to it for a few weeks so you should look to Monoverantus for that
  16. Does anyone know why it takes so long for an album to be released for the new season. It also happened with the Seasons 1 & 2. But is there a reason the albums came out months/years later?
  17. The Good Nurse Drama/thriller about a nurse who over the course of 16 years killed around 400 people in different hospitals. Very well directed by Tobias Lindholm (who won an Oscar for Another Round). Very tense. Jessica Chastain & Eddie Redmayne play the 2 leads. Chastain is very good in role of the nurse who helps the police to get Cullen to confess. The way this woman's life was turned upsode down not just necause of this but because of the heart condition she had, was heartbreaking to watch sometimes. Chastain did a lot with the role. Redmayne is the standout. He is such a nice guy and to see him in a role like this was great. The interrogation scene was incredible. He scared the shit out of me. Wonderful actor. One of my favorites of the year so far. I love these thrillers based on true events that don't glamourise the story. It all feels very real. And that's all thanks to the director, writers & actors. Great stuff. Highly recommended.
  18. What the hell is 'The Rooku Channel'?? Am I the inly one who doesn't know what that is? Or is it a joke?
  19. Giacchino mentioned in a Twitter (when somebody asked about the transformation cue) a few weeks back when the album released that something went wrong and they were going to fix it.
  20. That's one of Rhaenyra's themes. She has at least 2. The other is more emotional
