Yes, but that's (IMO) one of his best.
-
Really? That's about the only Zimmer score I don't like. It's pretty much all rock.
-
I don't know anything about proper singing techniques, so I won't try to give any, but definitely go for it. Should be a good choice.
-
Or the Platoon soundtrack.
-
The Crimson Tide score is amazing. One Zimmer's best without a doubt. My only complaint is that the tracks are a little long.
-
I wouldn't be surprised. I've heard that a different JW concert once sold out in five hours.

He has done a ton of Shakespeare movies.

The Opening Of Shark Tale - Has It Been Discussed?
ChuckM replied to Sandor's topic in General Discussion
Personally, I thought that shark tale was a lot funnier than finding nemo, but to each his own. -
Pan's Labyrinth - Greatest Movie Of The Year?

Yeah, I kind of thought that V for Vendetta had a bit to much of a political agenda to really be all that enjoyable. I LOVED Dario Marianelli's score for it though. -
I would have to say Battlestar Galactica.

About the only thing of his that I've heard is The Hunt For Red October, but I loved that. -
Pan's Labyrinth - Greatest Movie Of The Year?

I thought that The Illusionist was pretty good. Plus it had a great score by Philip Glass. -
The only time I get annoyed with stuff like that is when there's a bunch of pop songs on there. (space which could have been filled with more of the score instead) But other than that, the more of the CD used the better, IMO.

And The Winner Of The Golden Globe For Best Score Is....
ChuckM replied to King Mark's topic in General Discussion
That, and the whole wave of political "correctness". Brokeback won in nearly every category for pretty much no reason other than the fact that it is gay (in more than one meaning of the word). -
hmm, apparently my link was removed. Sorry, didn't realize that violated any rules.

I haven't heard the whole thing yet, but you can hear a piece from it on http://callofduty.com/ Very cool IMO.

Personally, I've always liked the theory that in the Garden Of Eden there were only the "big" cats. Lions, Tigers, etc. After Adam and Eve sinned and ate the fruit, God gave us house cats as part of the curse.

Whereas I'm completely obsessed with DeLoreans. And I use this same screen-name everywhere, not just here.
-
No, we're not. Check the IP's if you don't believe me.
-
That would be awesome.

I actually haven't seen many of the Young Indy videos. The ones I did see were back when they were still being played on TV. I'd like to see them all at some point though.
-
I'm not sure offhand what the other piece is, but here is a copy of the trailer for reference. (It is a rip from a VHS via a tv-tuner so the quality is very poor, but it is enough for a reference anyway.) link removed

When it comes to classical, I like Holst, Sousa, and some of Gershwin's stuff. Then there are a few separate pieces from other guys which I think sound cool.
-
Amen to that.

"Reach For The Stars." That's it! You have no idea how long I've been trying to find that! Now that I know the name, I did a search and found this. http://www2.playkpmmusic.com/pages/viewcd/....cfm?cdnum=1926 Thanks dude! B)
