I've had some experience with amber (which is basically fossilized sap), though. There's quite a bit of it on the island in Denmark where we've had our summer house for 40 years. So I've picked up a few of those rocks. Not a lot of insects in them, sadly.

I wholeheartedly recommend The Harder They Fall on Netflix.
Great cast, visuals, and soundtrack. The whole thing is dripping with style.
There are a few racially based jokes that are made at the expense of whites, and are laugh out loud funny, one is dialog and the other is visual.
Very delightful.

As a potential juror in an assault-and-battery case, I was sitting in a courtroom, answering questions from both sides. The assistant district attorney asked such questions as: Had I ever been mugged? Did I know the victim or the defendant?
The defence attorney took a different approach, however. “I see you are a teacher,” he said. “What do you teach?”
“English and theatre,” I responded.
“Then I guess I better watch my grammar,” the defence attorney quipped.
“No,” I shot back. “You better watch your acting.”
When the laughter in the courtroom died down, I was excused from the case.

I don't understand this comparison. "Well this cow shit doesn't smell nearly as bad as this horse shit" is not a positive argument? If I want to hear good music being made today by aging 70s rock stars, I can listen to Robert Plant, I don't have to listen to Rod Stewart's risible crap.
