Just had a look on the Paramount FYC site
Top Gun Maverick, quite understandably, does not list "Best Original Score" under its categories of award consideration. I guess this means no FYC score this time.

The previous installment in the franchise also has a last minute replacement score by Graeme Revell. Although what Silvestri did is also a replacement work, I do think he has had more time and budget since the final work did has a much bigger symphonic scale. 
 

Andre Previn and JW's dear friend Spielberg have been awarded Honorary knighthood before. Though he will not be able to add "Sir" before his name but nonetheless a well deserved recognition on his marvelous career and his achievement in defining pop culture and making great music. 
 
As far as I know, no British composer working primarily in the field of film, TV and visual media has been awarded knighthood. Debbie Wiseman, Rachel Portman and the late John Barry are all recipients of Order of Brisith Empire and hence can add OBE after their names. 

Simon Franglen's soundtrack of a film about Notre Dame on fire got a CD release earlier this year. But that looks like Milan in Europe rather than Milan in North America
IIRC Steve Jablonsky's Red Notice got a CD release from Milan as well.

"I never got as far as writing for the film proper. But I wrote quite a bit of demo music for “Chicken Run,” including a theme they used for their promo reel selling the film to distributors and other commercial entities. I’m itching to record it and release it one day. I’m very proud of the music. Whether I’ll ever get round to it or anybody will want to listen to it of course is a different matter!"
