So what makes the second link "Deluxe"????

 

 

The same two releases are also at the Decca Shop, although (to add to the confusion) on there 4862003 also has a gold title block.  The only discernable difference between the two is that 4862003 is in a jewel case and 4861710 is in a digipak.

Ah, OK, thanks.  Is that digital version available to pre-order?  Because that's the only audio version I want (but I do want the Blu Ray version as well - so annoyingly sounds like I'll have to buy two different things). The array of listings for this thing at Amazon.co.uk is very confusing.  It is very hard to tell precisely what any of them is.

Just for clarity - are people saying that the CDs included in the CD+Blu Ray package include applause etc, but the solo CDs are music only with audience noise / applause edited out?
