I've been listening to a ton of Grateful Dead. Any Deadheads around here?

In the original IT tv mini series- Richie goes back to the Derry library as an adult and Pennywise is up on the second floor. He throws balloons down that start bursting blood over everyone. There are like 3 or 4 people that have to not react to balloons popping in their faces.

I finished The Brethern by John Grisham. His books are my go-to for beach reading.

The People Under The Stairs A Wes Craven horror film from the early 90s. The movie never really figured out its tone. Now I finally get the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror gag with Bart having a brother that lived in the wall.

Some interesting behind the scenes material in this book as well.

Currently reading The Black Box by Michael Connelly. I've never seen the Bosch Amazon show but I've heard good things.

Roy Horn of Siegfried and Roy fame has died. He was 75.

Sycamore Row- John Grisham A sequel to his first novel. Good to see those characters again and as always it's compulsively readable.

Neverwhere- Neil Gaiman He has such a passionate fan base. I keep giving him a try and I'm starting to understand his world.

Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens ghost wrote all his Trek books. I'm guessing his input was along the lines of "Kirk is a superhero! Go write something."

I haven't read Timeline yet. I would probably work my way through his other books first before I'd read the pirate book and Dragons Teeth. I started reading one of Shatner's Star Trek books last night, Captain's Peril. All of the Star Trek novels are hit or miss but the Shatner books are usually entertaining enough.

I did. Very in the vain of Pirates of the Caribbean, simple straightforward story. Dragon Teeth is kind of the same way. They are both were super quick reads for me.

It wasn't too bad. It was a step up from his John Lange days but its not close to his classic Crichton stuff.

Started A Case of Need by Michael Crichton today.

I've been ordering a lot of stuff recently, stocking up I guess. I just received The Sum of all Fears, Days of Thunder, and Searching for Bobby Fischer.

I probably have Giacchino ahead of Elfman, but thats pretty much my rotation.

Any chance these scores get a physical release? It's great having everything on Spotify but I'm old fashioned when it comes to collecting my scores.

I'm taking advantage of the free month CBS All Access is giving to watch Picard. I watched the first episode tonight, gotta listen to some podcasts about it before I move on.

Brian Posehan and Horatio Sanz were in the first episode too.

Amy Sedaris was the lady fixing the ship. This show uses a ton of comedians for some reason. I wasn't a fan of the other bounty hunter either, glad he got killed off so we don't have to see him again.

I was not annoyed about going back to Tatooine. I enjoyed seeing the Cantina and the pit droids. I think Tatooine should have played some role in the sequel trilogy as well. Not to get into a Rise of Skywalker conversation but it did not really make any sense why she went back to the Lars homestead in the end. Glad you are enjoying it Jay! I love this show so much. I'm sure it will be a huge topic at Star Wars Celebration in August, assuming it doesn't get cancelled.
