  1. Escape from Outapau, the funeral march in the last scene bit, and the film version of Anakin's Betryayal would be great pieces to have.
  2. Yeah, I've been thinking about that. Lucas seems to be trying to draw from his past sucesses recently...The SW prequels, Indy 4, and all this "Star Wars 30th anniversary" stuff. It would make sense to him to release these.
  3. I think that summed it up admirably. I assume this means no.
  4. I've been hearing (or seeing) some rumors on this forum that are saying Lucas is working on re-realising the scores to Indiana Jones, for the premier of Indy 4. Any new on this yet?
  5. I don't own the Batman soundtrack, but I just bought Ascent into Mystery on iTunes. Not my favorite by Elfman, but defenitley a great track!
  6. I've read the book...Just wondering what ChrisAfonso said about Tom Riddle in GOF...What does that have to do w/ mixing two words?
  7. While I think Howard Shore deserves much more praise than you give him, and I feel that his score for LOTR is one of my favorite, and a fabulous piece of music, I agree that JW surpasses him in many of his scores. I agree with you, but not nearly as extremely as you do.
  8. ESB is better than Star Wars by a longshot. wrong ANH has some great music (The Throne Room, Cantina Band, Main Title), but no really FANTASTIC material. ESB has Han Solo and the Princess, The Asteroid Field, Yoda's Theme, Imperial March, Clash of Lightsabers, The Carbon Freeze, Cloud City's Theme, and Rebel Fleet. I'm sorry, but when compared, it's clear who the winner is.
  9. ESB is better than ANH by a longshot.
  10. I don't agree. This is the 30th anniversary of a film called Star Wars, not of a film called The Empire Strikes Back, Return Of he Jedi, The Phantom Menace, Attack Of The Clones or Revenge of the Sith. And yet they are releasing the soundtracks to Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Why not the prequels?
  11. That's quite true ... it grabs its neck and chokes it. Better than ESB, yes. Better than ALL the other scores listed, no way.
  12. Sorcerer's Stone PoA OotP Jurassic Park Superman Last Crusade Nightmare before Christmas the list goes on and on and on......
  13. Well, he could still be doing Hallows. I never expected him to do Half-Blood Prince anyways.
  14. Anybody know what this is and why it's selling for so much? http://cgi.ebay.com/2007-Topps-STAR-WARS-3...1QQcmdZViewItem
  15. Yeah, but they were cooler...some how. That's probably more to do with the fact that Yates is back for the sixth film, rather than an executive decision.According to this link, Yates confirms in person Hooper will be scoring.http://www.harrypotterfanzone.com/fusion/f...ews.php?id=2112 If JW and Hooper couldn't score Hallows, I think I'd pick Silvestri or Howard
  16. Not true! Jurassic Park is just as entertaining, if not more, since the first time I saw it!
  17. Page 9, way to go, guys! One more page and we'll be to the big one 0!!
  18. I didn't expect someone here to vote for the enemy:
