Oh wow, what a nice end of year surprise!  I do not have either of these so instant buy for me!  

That piece is a masterwork.  The lyrics are insipid, but it's my vote for the best melodic Christmas work Williams ever wrote.  There's hardly a Christmas movie in existence that couldn't benefit from having that theme play in its climax.  It's like the Lost Boys and the T. rex are having a wassail together.

The Newton Brothers are James Newton and Howard Newton.

The possibility of Corellia Chase, perhaps my favorite action track in a score filled with great action music, being actually written by Batu Sener with Powell's only role being listening to what his assistant did and going like "yep, sounds great, now on to the recording stage!" still haunts me to this day.

Great news!  This also suggests it's an actual Spielberg project rather than something he vaguely supervised and shunted off to Bouzereau.  I am genuinely curious how it ends up using music.  Steven, I think it's time to put in a call to the Vienna Philharmonic Ball folks!

What’s really bizarre is that, again and again, Disney has used Williams’ name to hype their Lucasfilm projects at insanely early points—remember that photo of the Star Wars brain trust in, like, 2012?—but they’ve done next to nothing to make real, quantifiable money off lovingly rendered releases of the hours of music he actually wrote for the projects. If you think mentioning an obscure audio option in a tweet will raise demand for a video release that’s two months away, just imagine if you tried selling us the music properly!

Not only do they say n*zis in the movie, I'd argue the theme says it too (the driving rhythmic portion is basically just repeating the phrase "the n*zis")
