  1. To buy or not to buy. I’m more inclined to save my funds for Intrada’s Howard The Duck and whatever the second release is (Willow?).
  2. Which means there’s no attempt to save Matt Damon’s character.
  3. This shows how far Spielberg has fallen off my radar. I didn’t realize this was a post from 2015. I normally don’t look at the dates under the post.
  4. Yeah it sounds off a bit. Of course I got a new receiver and haven’t had a chance to fully calibrate it.
  5. I found it it to be rather bloated, too much crammed into it.
  6. I’ll only care about this if John Williams scores it.
  7. To many to name or care about. On a side note, I saw both Godfather films when I was 13 or 14, and I couldn’t turn them off. I was totally engrossed, especially the second film.
  8. Took advantage of LLL’s Labor Day sale and finally sprung for this:
  9. I’ve been collecting film scores for over 40 years, there were a few times I thought I had lost my passion but it wasn’t me. Staying away from / limiting my time on most of the message boards and enjoying the music on my own does wonders for my enjoyment. I find most contemporary music since the mid 90’s ,to be dreadful and lacking in quality. So outside of 70’s and 80’s music, film scores are my primary music source.
  10. There’s nothing I “should see”. If I haven’t seen it there’s probably a good reason. If people ask me for recommendations I’ll give them some films. But if you don’t want to see a film, why waste your time when you could see something you really want to watch, or read a good book?
  11. Too many to remember, although they were poor enough to not leave any lasting memory. This is one of the reasons why I no longer feel the need to see everything or immerse myself in cinema. When the awards season rolls around, I don’t care that I haven’t seen a majority of the films nominated or that I miss a huge blockbuster during the summer.
