Option two with a twist: some days it's John, some days it's Jerry.
-
I think I'll ask for this for Christmas.
-
I found it in region a on amazon
-
Welcome back Nick (please stay!)
-
You can buy it separately and it's the theatrical cut (hooray!) It looks good, although has all the flaws of the original cut being unfinished at the time (although it's not necessarily a bad thing).
-
I hope Brienne of Tarth gets her own spin-off.
-
I may see if I can have a go at editing the prologue when this comes out. Always felt it worked well as an overture.
-
Considering GNP did II and III, I'm not sure what they had to do for those.
Interesting, Lukas' comment on STV's limit.
-
I'd love them to remake it.
-
If anyone should be suing Cameron it should be the estate of Edgar Rice Burroughs. Or his ghost, either way is good.
-
Which I imagine is the point, given it'll be Batman's final test and Bane is terror in a can.
-
It can't be any more depressing than BATMAN RETURNS.
I don't think it looks self-important, but it looks like it knows what it is and what's expected of it.
-
As much as I love Python, I voted the Ronnies. They deserve so much more acclaim than they actually get, especially Barker.

This is a pretty cool interview http://www.runmovies.eu/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47:leonard-rosenman-on-star-trek-4&catid=37:scoring-session
Talks about rewriting cues because of differing effect shot lengths, but doesn't mention re-recording.
-
Are there film versions of some of the album tracks? I know Rosenman did tracks directly for the LP.
-
That would be a super end to the year, especially if it includes the European prologue and the rejected main title.
-
Intrada's WOLFEN. God I love this score, it's great. Sounds amazing, too.
Heh, the clarity makes you hear even more parts Horner ripped off for Trek and Aliens.
-
I'd be amazed if LFL cared about WILLOW in the slightest.
-
I think there's either been a mild panic amongst labels or they've just had issues getting the numbers up. I mean, there's been some strange cases this year like PREDATOR/COMMANDO, THE EGYPTIAN, CARRIE (although that was normal for Kritzerland) and maybe even Giacchino's STAR TREK.
-
Whether you like his music or just enjoy making snide comments, lovely to see lossless downloads being offered.
-
Even if it were John or another Jerry, I'd never, ever be able to afford a box like this unless I knew it was coming a year in advance or it was unlimited. I'd much prefer separate CDs released throughout the year.
-
I'm sure at least one of the characters will get medieval HIV at some point. Probably Roz.
-
They should just purchase Basil Poledouris' back catalogue.
-
It's clearly a mix of Into The Estuary and The Pier Incident.
Edit: and/or The Empty Raft, at second glance.

No, that's an opinion. I think it's lovely Townson was so enthusiastic about the score (which is a fine score) given it was Jerry's swansong for Star Trek. Whether or not you agree with him is inconsequential, or.maybe you'd prefer him to have said: "I enjoy this score but others may not"
