  1. I'm not sure whether it's accepted (you might have to ask TGE). But I know I'm not the only person to use it. Maybe it's a regional thing.
  2. Fifteen of the queen's finest pounds. Pound = quid = squid. Yes, us British are strange.
  3. I would if the UK TEMPLE OF DOOM was uncut. Still, the boxset's only fifteen squid.
  4. Francis O'Connor is terrible in A.I.? The scene where she leaves David in the forest disagrees with you.
  5. I'm the same. I love going to the movies as much as anyone else, but with how much it is right now, plus the rabble you usually get in there, I usually prefer to wait for DVD. I'll be there for IRON MAN, INDY and THE DARK KNIGHT though.
  6. I saw it too (I wonder if United can hold on). I think the relic was the titular skull.
  7. No offense meant, but is your timezone like eight days behind or something?
  8. well just because you dont like cats.. especially for you http://www.megaupload.com/de/?d=41S1RAAI Awesome work, I like it a lot. Reminds me of A.I.
  9. The entirety of Yoda and the Force. The most stirring piece of film music I've heard. It sounds like it was written on a different planet.
  10. I think I like MissPadme's more (probably because it reminds me of the Ra Headpiece theme) but they're both good pieces.
  11. The little snippet in EMPIRE when it wipes to Bespin after Luke's vision of Han and Leia is awesome. Greatness.
  12. It seemed to work okay in X-MEN 3. Probably the only good thing about that movie was the opening scene.
  13. Isn't it just part of the Raiders March on a loop?
  14. Wow, that was awesome. And I'm developing an unhealthy fascination with Russkie dominatrix Cate Blanchett.
  15. I don't see why they can't peacefully co-exist. I love expanded scores because they offer the opportunity for fans to create their own versions of the OST, tailored to their own tastes but also to share with others that may like the same. Hell, with Indy I paid over the price to import the Japanese TEMPLE OF DOOM only to find out it wasn't the film version of the finale/end credits, one of my favourite sequences of music ever. That alone makes me want an expanded edition.
  16. REVENGE OF THE SITH. I like a lot of TPM, and a bit less of AOTC, but despite being based on some pre-existing work (and having some tracking) it still manages to work, both as a listening experience and for the film itself. TPM does have some absolutely inspired scoring, but I feel a bit more emotionally satisfied by ROTS. It just feels a bit more weighty.
  17. Can anyone tell me where that discoesque Ark Theme piece is from? It sounds like Meco, but I've never known if he's did anything for RAIDERS.
  18. That was a reply to the comment near the top about people here not liking popular music.
  19. I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE An interesting movie. I feel sort of bad showing it to my pregnant wife, but she didn't hate it so it's all good.
