I would like a simple, functional 88-key digital piano (Yamaha refers to them as "contemporary digital pianos"). However, it seems that even the oldest models cost $1,000,000,000,000,000 ( I do not even know how much American currency that is). Could someone recommend a store of some sort that sells them for a VERY low price?

What is the last score you listened to?

How is Black Beauty? It is one of the few scores from Mr. Elfman that I have not heard. -

I shall now focus my "sofege" (is this correct?) powers on "Ben Gardner's Boat". -

Those were my assumptions as well. It is a wonderful motiv, though, is it not? -

Forgive me for not clarifying enough. This was my question: what does the motiv belong to? The "Jaws Theme" belongs to the shark, and the "Orca Theme" belongs to the boat. That unnecessary clarification will dissolve any ambiguities, I hope. -

Could someone assist me: I hear three recurring motivs in the album, yet I can only identify (and perform) two: the "Jaws Theme", and the "Orca Theme". I hear a driving strings motiv, yet I do not know as to where it belongs. -

I just listened to "Jaws" for the first time of my life (outside the film, that is). I think I listened to the Disc over ten times in the past day. What have I been missing? -
Actually, one can officially receive the music for free. Obsidian Entertainment released a "High-Quality Music Patch" for the PC version of the game. The "patch" is an "executable ZIP file". Upon downloading the file, one must extract the individual tracks into a seperate folder. Then, one must rename the audio ("wav.") files into "MP3s" using the "DOS Box". After that, one could play the music from the game on "Winamp". However, there are some files labeled ".bed", which are only mere ambient noises.

Hello, pi, I have a question for you, as you are an orchestrator: how do you (assuming you can) notate string... glissandi, is it termed(?), on the piano?

I will vote for Harrison Ford and Sean Connery.

I sigh in resignation, though my opinion stands. Hirokazu Tanaka is another wonderful video game composer.

Koji Kondo is vastly superior to the overrated Nobuo Uematsu.

Is there a way to mute the music on a DVD?

"Watch what you wish for." Mr. Johnston (or Mr. Spielberg, hopefully) could be reading this.... -
Remembrances - Call for a piano transcription
Nick Parker replied to fommes's topic in General Discussion
Hm...forgive me, but I am not exactly sure what you want (I did not read the entire paragraph). Do you want a transcription of Remembrances as heard in the album? If not, then I cannot help, as I do not have access to legally ambiguous alternate cues. -
I do not have "XBOX Live"... I will just have to play Soul Calibur IV until September....

He knows what swimming trunks are? I have only seen him wear the same oufit for the past three decades....

Thank you very much.

We should start a vigilante group entitled "The Brother(and Occasional Sister)hood of the Compact Disc". Our goal is to protect the "CD" from the wrong hands, lest the Armies of Darkness march all over the world.

Does he even know what one is?

Ultimately, I would purchase the album if it was ever released.

Are the following albums worth purchasing?
Nick Parker replied to Nick Parker's topic in General Discussion
Hm... I must investigate at once. -

The music is not bad, but this "Christopher Coleman" exaggerated a little, in my opinion.
