And very up-to-date and contemporary.
Because 'Goodbye Stranger' was suggested by youtube after I listened to Silver's 'Wham Bam Shang A Lang'.

When the album was just released I thought the cover of Breakfast In America was really eye-catching, for some reason.
This one too, BTW:

RIP Dr. John
Listening to my favorite of his albums, Dr. John’s Gumbo

Naïve Old Fart reacted to TheUlyssesian in No Time To Die (James Bond #25)
Nov/Dev has more of a 'prestige'/adult sheen. Most movies made for adult audiences are released in Nov/Dec. So that is the appropriate place for Bond - one of the few franchises truly aimed at adults.

Naïve Old Fart got a reaction from Bilbo in No Time To Die (James Bond #25)
Yes. DR. NO - THUNDERBALL, OHMSS, DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, and THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN were all released in the October - December slot.
No Bond film with the exception of the non - EON CASINO ROYALE - has been released in April.
Quite a few people, including publicists, cinema chains, and all major studios. Do you really think that films are released arbitrarily? They are planned so that they do not clash with each other, so they make the most money possible.
As @Jay quite rightly says, the Nov/Dec slot has become de rigueur for many years, now. The prospect of an Spring Bond seems...wrong.

Naïve Old Fart reacted to Jay in No Time To Die (James Bond #25)
Every Bond film from Goldeneye til now has been released in either November or December, and 14 out of the 24 Eon Bond films overall have been released in November or December

Yes I was shocked when I was looking at the 2020 in Film wikipedia page yesterday and saw Bond 25 slotted for April. It belongs in November/December

MOON 44 is a descent score, from a better-than-average "cheap" sci-fi flick.

Naïve Old Fart got a reaction from 1977 in Williams filmography in Bluray - a list
I believe so.
As for MIDWAY, most of the deleted scenes are on the DVD, as extras. My guess is that, as it was going to be on TV, it was, probably, shot in 1:33.

Naïve Old Fart got a reaction from SteveMc in Do you consider the score to War Horse a masterpiece?
Rubbish! THE HUNT from THE FINAL CONFLICT is the best ever equine music.

Naïve Old Fart reacted to Jurassic Shark in Soundtracks, Compilations, or other recently purchased Music
Recorded in 1973 and issued in 1974.
Dutoit's recording is nice, but too dynamic! I have to adjust the volume several times during its playtime.
Oh, I forgot I've got Karajan's 1961 recording in the Karajan/Vienna/Decca box. In addition to the other ones I've mentioned I've also got the Gibson/Chandos, Solti/Decca, and Previn/EMI. I'll have to relisten to all of them to figure out which one I like the best.

Good score? Yes.
Masterpiece? No.

Naïve Old Fart reacted to Quintus in What is your most disappointing CD purchase?
I remember being pissed off that they didn't do the same packaging for Amistad. I really wanted a pop-up Anthony Hopkins.
