  1. Nah, that would come from Varese..... Back To The Future: Part II!!
  2. Is it me, or do the first 20 seconds sound like Jurassic Park?
  3. Good to hear Rich. History is another passion of mine, so when The Tudors first aired over here I couldn't believe my luck! Plus the music is awesome. Granted it's a bit 'Zimmerish' in places I guess, but maybe that's why I like it.
  4. Hurrah for The Tudors! Series III has the best Main Title music.
  5. Trent, I'm being really dumb here but I still don't get what you mean. Could you give track times and a (very basic!) description of what you're talking about for me? Then I'll have a listen tonight if I get time.
  6. Really? Doesn't sound like "Enterprising Young Men" to me!
  7. Zoe what's-her-face who plays Uhura is one of the most beautiful women on the planet, so I have no problems with her being on the cover... Bones might be on the next one when he emerges as more of a main character. In this film, I feel Uhura had a part that was bigger than Bones...just *slightly* bigger.
  8. The "Drink Up Me Hearties" OST track includes the music for the final scene of the film, and the first half of the End Credits. The second half of the End Credits (which were not on the OST, but released as part of the Soundtrack Treasures Collection) is an edited/slightly different version of the "Hoist The Colours" suite. Hope this helps!
  9. My ringtone is Enterprising Young Men. My Dad's is Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
  10. Does this set include the tiny cue when the Enterprise finally decides to fly into warp for the first time? Or was this tracked from somewhere else too? "Let's Punch It."
  11. England are gonna kick everyone's ass anyway, aren't we Quint?
  12. I don't know the score well enough to know what's missing, but I've ordered it anyway because it just clicked with me. I was listening to the OST "Back From Black" this morning, and I think this track had choir in it?
  13. Indeed it is. Branagh alone makes that entry superb. +1. In fact all the teachers/staff are awesome in this film.
  14. What kind of a location do you call that?!
  15. I'm sure that's Quint's intention.
  16. I've always thought John Williams scores have a more 'classical' sound and feel to them, and yes they do seem to be more complex than Jerry Goldsmith's scores, which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I haven't heard too many Jerry Goldsmith scores, but from the ones I have heard (more recent ones) I can say that I absolutely love that BOOM CRASH sound that he seemed to use a lot (yes, I'm looking at you Star Trek: First Contact, Air Force One, The Mummy etc!!)
  17. Yes, Dennis! I was wondering who would first mention that... So playful and fun, while being classier than other kids movie music at the same time. Yes. I always compare this in my mind with Home Alone... the other great John Hughes score.
  18. I didn't think so. I've got a few unreleased cues SFX-free such as MAELSTROM!, A Dangerous Deal, Hard 'A Starboard etc, but's not quite the same as having the full score.
  19. That's not what I had in mind. Is ANH really just a kids movie?
  20. Koray, I AM going to ask/beg/plead for the score!
