I loved how many practical droids, puppets and prosthetics were used. This is what I want from Star Wars.

Yeah, the soundtrack release from the first game gets tiresome really soon. I think there's just too many loops on there. It doesn't help that it's 4 CDs long (though it feels weird to complain about that), but it's a gorgeous set.

And for 10 episodes, that basically lines up with the rumored 4 hours of music.

I don't even complain, as I am really looking forward to this film.

Maybe I'm just imagining things, but this looks very CG-head-y to me, especially the unflinching eyes.

The trailer has a bit more face replacements going on than what's talked about (at least it looks like a fully CGI face). I guess they deemed swinging the whip too dangerous for Ford?

How is that? They are jumping out of a plane with a parachute, which is relatively common.

The "main" album is great too, though. Honestly, I can't really tell if these are (partially) samples (it really doesn't sound that way) or all the way live orchestra (the Salt Lake Symphony, if I'm not mistaken). If it's samples, they've become a lot better lately. If it's all 100% live orchestra, kudos for recording 3 hours of it!

I was this close to getting the full CW set, but shipping + customs will be MORE than those 16 CDs. Fuck that.

So you'd prefer them releasing LESS music? That's a new one. The last episode was already an hour long, and I'll assume the final episode will be even longer than that. So it's good they are doing a third volume for those.

99% used in the film at least sounds like the score isn't butchered too much in editorial.

Looks like stuff crossed the pond in record time on this BF batch, as the German Soundtrack Corner has just shipped my Amistad/TND order as well. For comparison: Ordered the Potter boxset on release and it arrived in January!

I didn't get it at first, but reading some reactions online, I think it makes sense to assume that Mon just threw her husband under the (space) bus, to save her operation. With that and giving away her daughter, she's about to sacrifice as much as Luthen has.

Pretty sure it is, because we saw photos a while ago of him with Ford who wore tracking markers on his face (thus being from shooting that prologue).
