Damn sorry y’all, I meant no harm by sharing it here. Just wanted to notify those who were looking for this one
on the contrary, at least it gives us a chance.

I PM'd Jay to try to get somekind of coordination on this

We should do a group bid with a large amount to make sure we win as we did in the past for other FYC's .I just want the rip and I don't care who keeps the physical c.d. No point of bidding against each other.
This is a big chance as we're usually too late

I think Mothers is funny because it sounds like a child improvising the lyrics

well Amazing Stories I think

Ok so there's this cool march like motif that's in Pirate Sequence Instrumental ( 1.30-2.00) and Smee's Concertina (0.35-0.58) that I wish Williams had used in the main score with his more traditional orchestrations.

I'd argue it's his most prestigious and award winning scores , like Star Wars, Close Encounters ,Jaws, Raiders of the Last Ark,Jurassic Park and E.T. that saved these movies from being average at best and tanking at the box office.
Imagine any of these films without JW music and you haven't got much

Removing the middle cue of Farewell Neverland on disc 3 allowed the instrumental When You're Alone, alternate Exit Music, and vamp section of Take Me Out To The Ball Game to be added. You wouldn't have those if the track contained all three cues again.
you are absolved you your sins then .
But what I would have done is keep the 3 cues of Leaving Neverland seperate like the recording sessions ( listening wise it wouldn't change anything at all ) and just include the last cue on disk 3, making things easier to move around AND saving disk space

Am I hearing synthesizers in the orchestral version of When Your Alone?

It's the same performances as the normal version, only the end is different. And yes, removing the (non thematic) middle cue allowed for more bonus tracks (and strengthened the musical narrative)
yeah but you should have known a lot of us here would want to put the version with that awesome ending in the main score program, so now we have to re-edit the middle back in ourselves

I wonder if anyone here will replace the Never Feast film version with the album version in the main score presentation

Why do you keep stuff in a playlist that you don't want to listen to again?
I had a skim of everything and there are probably two tracks from disc 3 that I'd keep, along with about a CD's worth from the main program.
Well it's just there in case I need to reference it but I'll probably only listen to my main playlist

it's also different from the re-recordings we have (Prague, orlando pops...)

Alright it's easy to edit Farewell Neverland so you get the twinkly ending in the long version
Now I have
Hook Main Playlist :Complete score +songs I like at the end
Hook Extras (Stuff I don't want to listen to again like the album version of certain cues,We dont wanna grow up, Never-song...etc)

I dunno I'm not too hyped for this release. Seems like there's a new version of Jane Eyre every few years. i might grab it later combined with something else if SAE has it

The two inserts in "The Ultimate War (Film Version)" were not on the previous LLL edition and could not have been heard anywhere unless ripped from the film itself until now.
yeah I did hear spots where I didn't recognise the music.
So having listened to the whole thing I must say it sounds fantastic and it's overall amazing.
I might relegate a few song tracks to Disk 3 :
We don't wanna grow up (it sucks no matter the version)
When your Alone
Pick Em Up. (the first part is annoying)
Add in Main Program:
Replace Banning Back Home with the alternate one
Add instrumental When Your Alone at the spot of the vocal version.
The Never Band to replace Pick Em Up (I was so relived when that popped up with a clean opening on disk 3).
Try to add Farewell Neverland Short Version and Exit music alt. (if the editing required it clean)
I also kind of like The Pirate Sequence Instrumental so maybe I can put that in somewhere like the end of disk 1
Songs I liked:
Childhood
When Your Alone short version not sung by little girl (it would have been awesome to have the whole song with that singer)
Mothers
Believe
Songs I don't care about or dislike:
We don't wanna Grow up (both versions)
The Never Song (that's terrible)
Low Below
Stick with Me
"Anakin's Theme" and "Scherzo For Violin and Motorcycle" - two new 2023 Anne-Sophie Mutter arrangements by John Williams

I like the 2 new pieces except the long violin solo in the middle of Scherzo that has nothing to do with the rest of the piece
