You should know that William's scores only get a single disc set most of the time right off the bat. So quit bitchin'.

Nothing fancy, Mike just needs to give it the same treatment he gave 1941, Empire of the Sun, both Home Alones, AI, Jurassic Park, and TLW.

I'm hoping for a complete and properly remastered Original Trilogy and the complete intended Star Wars Prequels. Maybe a stand alone release for the first Superman score and a better version of Hook. That's about it for me.

I've been listening to Star Trek Voyager's Year Of Hell score quite a bit lately.  It's my third favorite Voyager episode score and Dennis McCarthy did a great job for it.

I watched The Dark Knight Rises last night.  It had been a while and I still really like the film to date.

It never recovered after the gargantuan drop-off from season 5 to 6.
 
I want surprises, well-formed characters, and no last-minute saves conveniently positioned at 0:57 past every hour.
 
I don't think we're going to get that ever again.

My brother wonders if they'll get someone else who looks like her to replace her in Episode 9.
 
To be honest I really hope they do like what they did for Leonard Nimoy in Star Trek Beyond.  That there was the best tribute for Leonard and they need to do something similar for Carrie.

Sucks about customs but the album is worth it.

I've listened to the Deluxe Edition quite a few times all ready....although don't have my physical copy YET hopefully sometime first part of January when I can pay for it.
 
Anyways after listening to it this few times it's definitely become my favorite of the three Giacchino scores and a huge step up from Into Darkness.

This deluxe edition has really cemented Star Trek Beyond's place among my favorite "traditional, orchestral" scores of this year.
 
The BFG, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Fantastic Beasts, Star Trek Beyond are probably my four favorites.

I've grown to appreciate the score for AOTC  a lot more now that we have almost (minus the unused music) all the score thanks to the various games...especially The Old Republic.

What do "The Lost World" and "Attack of the Clones" have in common? 
 
1. Both scores were written by JW.
2. Both scores are very underrated because of the (perceived) substandard quality of the movies.

They probably had to do a combine of the releases maybe due to it being a contract thing.  $60 for the set IS a fair price.  $30 for a 2-CD set is practically the normal price these days.  Bitching about it aint going to help it.  If you are really that irritated about the price of the set then don't fucking buy it.  Quit pissing on everyone else' enjoyment.
