Hello everyone! For my first topic post as a member of this board, I have a bit of news I have not seen mentioned in the concerts list on the main page. I received in the mail from the Pittsburgh Symphony a promotion for the upcoming Pops season. It says that on June 6 and 7 John Williams will be conducting special concerts of his music to benefit the Pittsburgh Symphony. As a bonus for season ticket holders, there will be a pre-concert costume party where attendees can dress as any character from any movie scored by Williams. Also for season ticket holders is a post-concert reception where there will be the opportunity to meet Johnny. So of course I immediately purchased season tickets. Just for the opportunity to attend the costume party and reception. Yes I feel like a geek, but I don't care. Has anyone else heard anything about these concerts?
